Engineering Management Selection E.M.S. AG stores the data submitted with your application electronically in a customer relationship management system. The data is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the intended purpose (current recruitment process or alternatively inclusion in the talent pool for future job opportunities).

Data will only be shared with third parties without prior consultation if the client and job information are already known due to a transparent job advertisement. In all other cases, Engineering Management Selection E.M.S. AG will consult the candidates before any documents are forwarded.

Your data will be archived for five years after completion of the process. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting the data protection contact person.

You have the right at any time to receive free information about your stored personal data, in particular regarding its origin, recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correction, restriction, or deletion of this data.

After successful registration (by clicking “Apply”), you will receive a confirmation email with login credentials allowing you to upload additional documents and complete your data. Please note that the security settings of your email provider and personal IT infrastructure may result in our email being placed in your spam folder or not delivered to your inbox at all.
