Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Your Mission
You will lead the company’s expansion in alignment with the strategic direction defined by the Board of Directors. You will build and structure industrial and commercial teams in Switzerland and internationally, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable commercial growth.

Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition of the company’s strategy together with the Board of Directors
- Lead the organization and ensure effective execution of the agreed strategy
- Secure the funding required to support the company’s expansion
- Build and scale teams in Switzerland and internationally, implementing efficient processes
- Attract, motivate, and develop talent across the organization
- Oversee the continuation of R&D activities in Switzerland and ensure protection of intellectual property
- Obtain the necessary permits for the deployment of production units internationally
- Drive business development and establish strategic partnerships
Your Profile
- Degree in engineering, chemistry, or materials science
- Additional education in business administration and/or sales is a strong asset
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role in a start-up environment
- Proven international work experience
- Strong background in recycling, chemicals, energy, or composite materials industries
- Fluent in French and in English
- Versatile, structured, and analytical mindset with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
