Education and professional experience
Daphne Held has been a successful member of E.M.S. AG / C.M.S. AG since 2022 and enjoys the varied challenges of cross-sector recruitment of executives and specialist staff. After completing her A-levels, she gained her first professional experience in the luxury sector through an apprenticeship in the retail trade for watches and jewellery. She then completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Psychology at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and is deepening her knowledge through a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology, specialising in occupational and organisational psychology. She combines her people skills with sound insights into occupational psychology to create the ideal match between companies and candidates.
