Our client, Starrag Vuadens SA (Bumotec & SIP brands), is part of an international group, global technology leader in manufacturing high-precision machine tools for milling, turning, boring and grinding workpieces of metallic, composite and ceramic materials. Our client develops, builds and commercializes fully automated, highly precise and productive equipment to manufacture orthopaedic and dental implants, medical instruments, as well as luxury goods and various high-precision micromechanical workpieces with high value added. International Sales Manager

In this position, you will be focused to increase sales and market share in the machining of high-precision micromechanical workpieces for various industries with focus on MedTech.
Main responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for your area of responsibility
  • Ensure sustainable measures for strategy implementation
  • Identify new business opportunities and assess their potential
  • Increase the market share of the MedTech and micromechanical segments
  • Conduct the necessary market and sales channel analysis
  • Support an international sales team with focus on performance and growth
  • Build up and maintain close relations with key accounts
  • Report market trends to the company’s management team
  • Conduct and update competitive intelligence
Your profile
  • Know-how in machining of high-precision micromechanical workpieces
  • Good knowledge of the manufacturing technologies and of the international regulations of the orthopaedic or dental implants manufacturing industry
  • Minimum 5 years of proven successful international B2B sales of capital equipment
  • Excellent communication skills, open minded and focused on customer satisfaction
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, team player
  • Availability to travel frequently in Europe, North America and in Asia
  • French, German and English are a must, any additional language is an asset
