Senior Industrialization Project Manager
Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will invent, develop and industrialize custom-built machines that manufactures high-precision medical devices used worldwide. You will lead key projects from conception through commissioning, including next-generation CNC machines, advanced packaging and automation systems, thermal or surface treatment processes or processes improvement. Your work contributes directly to medical devices that improve treatments worldwide, combining Swiss precision engineering with healthcare impact.
Main tasks
Main tasks
- Lead complex projects in the design, development, validation, and commissioning of cutting-edge production machines and equipment
- Define project scope, specifications, schedules, budgets, and ensure successful delivery
- Build and manage cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Select and coordinate suppliers and external partners
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Ensure production processes and equipment meet product requirements and regulatory standards
Your profile
- Engineer in Industrial Systems, Industrial Design, Mechanics or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization or machine design and construction
- Proven experience in project management, in a medical devices’ environment is a plus
- Strong skills in 3D CAD design software and PLC integration/programming
- Fluent in French and English
- Highly resilient and organized, versatile, and solution-oriented
