Segment Sales Manager

In this position, you will be focused to increase sales and market share in the MedTech market segment.

Main responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed the order intake target of a dedicated sales area
  • Support an international sales team with focus on performance and growth
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to double current business volume
  • Build up and maintain close relations with key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and assess their potential
  • Report market trends to the company’s management team
  • Conduct and update competitive intelligence
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • Confirmed know-how in manufacturing technology of MedTech parts
  • Good knowledge of international regulations of the orthopaedic and dental implants manufacturing industry
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of proven successful sales or business development activity
  • Excellent communication skills, open minded and focused on customer satisfaction
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, sense of responsibility, team player
  • Availability and ability to travel in Europe and overseas
  • French, German and English are a must, any additional language is an asset
