Area Sales Manager EMEA

You will be given in-depth training at the head office. In the markets assigned to you, you will enter into an open dialogue with the most promising business partners. You will initiate market activities and develop promising projects together with your new sales partners. You will prove your competence by choosing suitable support measures. You will advise, outline solutions and drive the bidding process forward. All these activities will open up the possibility of long-term collaboration. The company’s flat hierarchy, short decision-making paths and the management team’s support will help you to achieve your goals
Your duties
  • Market analysis and market development support
  • Acquisition of new sales partners, key account management
  • Product definition, pre-sales activities and project management via the bidding process
  • Sales closing
Your profile
  • International sales experience with a talent for technology
  • Distributor management / OEM partners
  • Project manager experience
  • Basic technical education with advanced sales training
  • Willingness to take frequent business trips abroad
  • Multicultural understanding
  • Fluent in English – additional languages are an advantage (German, Spanish, Italian)

As an inquisitive, communicative, dynamic person who is strong in sales and has a talent for technology, you are well prepared for this task. You enjoy collaborating with people from different cultural backgrounds and maintain profitable contact with numerous partners throughout Europe. As a doer, you will be able to develop your career within an SME with flat hierarchies. Your excellent command of English forms the basis for successful communication with your customers – Italian and Spanish are welcome.
