Joined the law firm of Kellerhals Hess in 1998, partner and head of the transaction team since 2003, specialising in national and international contract law, company law, M&A and capital market transactions, successor solutions and restructuring, cooperations and joint ventures as well as competition law. Lecturer at the University of Fribourg. Various board mandates in SMEs and on the Board of the Swiss Venture Club.
