International PR Manager / Swiss Market PR Manager
Position Description:
To be responsible for Brand?s overall PR strategy
Major responsibilities:
- Aggressively develop the overall PR strategy of the brand
- To help grow the brand awareness of the brand on an international level
- Responsible for the controlling the annual PR budget
- Implementation of the international PR strategy in Switzerland
1. International PR management
- Develop the international PR strategy
- Development and implementation of all PR tools (press texts, press kits, pictures, etc.)
- Serve as a primary liaison for the PR responsibles in all countries and help them implement the international PR strategy in their local market
- Develop new product PR launch strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with the international press
- Responsible for all media relations during BaselWorld
- Speech-writing, preparing responses to interviews
- Draft answers to customer and media-related enquiries
- Crisis communication management
- Plan, organize and execute Special Events on an international level.
- Provides an authoritative source of information and communication to consumers, media and other key audiences
- Liaise with the press on new product, basic business and corporate developments media to secure on-going, branded editorial coverage
- Prepare media monitoring reports and competitive analyses
- Maintain strong relations with the Swiss press
- Serve as primary liaison to business community and local VIPS (i.e. charities, community organizations, key influentials).
- Develop and monitor the international PR budget.
